You can get a good feel through these various panoramas as to the density of
the population in the area. |

It's this view that, when the atmosphere is clear, will give you a pretty
(if long) view of the Sierras. |

This tree we named Lightening Oak. It got it's name from two unusual
occurrences. One day in the late 1980s we visited the property to just enjoy
it's beauty. We discovered that this large oak had one major branch that had
been inhabited by bees. Contacting beekeepers, we learned that the bees
could actually kill the tree. While pondering what to do, a lightening storm
visited the area. Lightening storms aren't all that common, but sure enough,
this storm passed over the property and threw a bolt of lightening right at the
branch the bees had called home. The limb exploded killing all occupants.
Thus the naming of Lightening Oak. |

You're own pond and wildlife refuge! |

Yellow vertical lines on the right mark the property corners. Follow the red
line to see where the property line goes. The east-facing building site
means your back is protected from the hot afternoon sun. As you can see,
there are few neighbors that can even view the home site. |

Look at the satellite view to see where the vineyard adjoins this parcel.
Along the vineyard fence line is a great pasture area or one of several
places on the property for your own vineyard! |

Satellite view outlines property lines in red. Lots of land for a beautiful
home and garden, horses, barns with riding trails from your door or choose
from dozens of great trails a short distance away.
It is our understanding that the vineyard property on the
west side of the parcel being offered (and outlined in red), is part of a
farm co-operative. We were told, it would have one home per 40 acres with
vineyard on about 30 acres around the building site. That would mean that it would be a very
low density west side neighbor. Please verify this information directly if
it is of importance to you. |
